There's usually no good reason to make halbs over musketeers. Musks are cheaper, have a ranged attack, more melee resistance and actually do more damage in melee to cav than halberdiers. Only advantages halbs have is slightly more HP, more melee damage without multipliers and they aren't as retarded in melee mode compared to musks, who often just run around in circles with their bayonet. But in 99% of your games you wanna use musks over halbs.
