Hi guys,
I am a Game Ranger player, playing since last 2 years. I bought a new complete collection last week and had ''failed to join problem''. Anyways, I did all the stuff whichever I got on the forum but didnt work out. I dont know why! lel
It would be highly appreciated if someone can help me out to fix this by sharing my screen via skype etc.

Make sure you don't have any line with "OverrideAddress" in your user.cfg file (if you have one) - and that UDP port 16000 is open. I don't think you need a VPN with GameRanger.
Pay more attention to detail.
