Recently (a month, more?) one individual has exploited, somehow, a means to kick any individual off ESO servers in a matter of seconds. The process involves an onslaught of rapid-fire game invitations which occur even if the inviting account is pested, even if "online privacy" is enabled. The spammer primarily targets individuals who stream as an account name is needed.

If any stream becomes any bit popular it seems to be only a matter of time until the spammer shows up and forces the streamer offline. It is not uncommon for ESO servers to crash on the whole after his attacks. Community efforts to produce a software to counter his invites by means of an IP block have been attempted, but (correct me if I'm wrong, technically-adept developers) it does not work because the game invites come through ESO's IP, not the individual's IP.

Definitive Editions have been announced for the franchise, a new installment has been announced for the franchise. Please, investigate this individual and save the AoE3 online community, for your own good! Streaming has become the cornerstone for AoE3's stability and its newfound longevity.

Additional examples can be cited as this phenomenon has occurred dozens, dozens of times. However, I have not been clipping as it's been going on, and this would involve the parsing of countless VODs.

Banning him is no good, he has many accounts. We just have to hope that the platform for the Definitive Edition doesn't have the same vulnerabilities as ESO.
