esoc in general - is there a good thread here?
I tune in to the esoc, every now and then, but log out again. Cos there is just nothing much here that is interesting anymore. What happened to the communety. Its all about memes, and "nothingness". I am very dissapointed in the way the communety have gone from interesting to "prank and half a brain"

All the tournaments and their threads seem interesting enough.

yeah they are @dividenConguer
but esoc used to be much more than that. I remeber a time when we could have great discussions, and be informed of many things we did not know before. It used to be really good. I miss the old days with good discussions

this is one example of the problem. its just non sense statments. Im pretty disapointed, but well, I said I was quitting, and maybe I should not try remember why I made that statment, cos its nothing here anymore.

Anything that would be "interesting" would be deemed controversial and thus removed.

ESOC is in such a great state, I'll even break my insanely good looking 1000 post count for it

you are such a big part of the problem @Gendarme with all you followers on discord. I know, cos I was part of it for a week. You where kicked out of the team, because your attitudedes stink- and you get back on the whole communety that you used to love, in this shitty way. I dont get it. I really dont

Agree there is little substance lately. Why don't you make a good thread about an interesting subject? Be the change you want to see, or something.

Interesting threads are a sine qua non of uninteresting threads, so to employ a locution I'll never use again in my life.

Re: esoc in general - is there a good thread here?
There are no interested threads because when are no interested threads being made. That's being said, @Mitoe and @Diarouga have done a good job last couple of days:
Discussion about vill pop
ESOC ladder suggestion
The Era of "Accessible" Games
AoE3's stale meta
And I personally loved the discussion about the various bugs/exploits/intended features and why the community thinks they are/aren't cheating:
Is creeping cheating?
