How do u kill pesky halbs

Halbs r massable, tanky and r very annoying. I play 4v4s against ai and the good ones spam a buttload of them and I find it hard to counter as my skirms get cut down by 10 horse artillery and my cavs r cut down by halbs. Any way that I should counter these type of armies?

just use artillery yourself or kite with skrim (hit and run).

Don't play against the ai and you won't have to play vs halbs - problem solved

Or do as the above guy suggested and make artillery/micro your units
