Recorded Games
Recorded Games
Hi everybody,
I am new to the community
I'm french, so thanks for forgiving my english a bit bad.
I do not know if I'm in the right place ??
But I'm trying to find out how to watch the recorded games on the forum.
I would like to improve my online level by watching these gameplays.
Thanks for your help.
We see each other soon on the game, I hope.
Aymeric.

Re: Recorded Games
Downloading and Watching a Replay
- Downloading a game is easy, all you need to do is right click the link for the attachment and select "save link as".
- Save the game to the directory where other saved games are housed: #USERNAME#/MyDocuments/MyGames/AgeofEmpires3/Savegame
- Now that we have the file downloaded, it's time to watch it! Age of Empires 3 recorded games can ONLY be watched using Age of Empires 3 (or the appropriate expansion pack).
- To open the recorded game open the game and on the main menu go to Help and Tools->'Recorded Games:
- From here, select the game that you downloaded and press open.

Re: Recorded Games
Btw, you need to launch the right patch for the recorded game. All tournament recordings are played on the ESOC Patch.
If you still run into trouble and have trouble writing/reading English, perhaps a native French speaker can help you out more. If you have Discord, you can also ask somebody there. You can join the ESOC Discord server here.

Re: Recorded Games
