Who needs cows more?

So if japan-india-china fall into the same team. Who would need more cow? Reasonable reasons please

India I'd say. It's good for Japan but not very big, and since China got nerfed, cows aren't as useful.

I think the best thing about shrining livestock isn't the small gathering boost but rather the fact that you have extra animals to shrine and safely in base. But yeah probably still better for india

In team it's more like a benefit to shrine ur opponents hunts. They are so cheap to rebuild anyway.

Actually good question. Perhaps it's good for India to keep them early game, but when hunts start running out I would give them to China to fatten.

Give china a few to age to fortress or age 4
give japan a few once/if the enemy killed a lot of shrines on their side of the map and japan needs to reshrine in base
keep 8? i think to have on a sacred field later

I think for both india and china they are pretty great. For China they're only marginally better than for other civs, while for India I think they add a bit more.

I think Japan is the worst civ to give herables to. It's better to simply eat them than to have them put on japanese shrines.

Only marginally better, you sure? Having fat cows at 9 minutes is super good for your fortress timing, in my (limited team) experience.

Tbh you can just give them to a non japan ally, let them fatten, eat them, then spend a small percentage of that food on sheep and give those to japan while having made a profit.

Thats why he says give them to a non japan player. Put it on pen. Eat them when fattened. Then train 5 sheep with some of the food you gain, and give to japan
