Where to find full history of patch changes.

As the right honorable goodspeed( who has only ever been a 1stbtw) views the game as a scientist consider me the historian. I am interested in knowing the balance changes throughout the patches. Best I’ve found is this site

But all it says is “numerous balance changes” anyone know where a more in detailed log would be found for all the patches . Chief curiosity is how I remember Dutch smirks being so good

There was a point in TWC where tlaloc canoe big button was in colonial so on some maps (great lakes, NWT) you could call them and siege stuff with offshore support.

I remember reading a tlaloc big button guide for early game and thinking wtf you can’t even do it in colo now this makes sense why that guide existe

I recently searched for information on patches as well, but I was not able to find a lot of information. There is some about TAD 1.01 patch and for some single older ones (TWC 1.04 or something), but no complete list.

Except that, like all ranged infantry, they gained a 0.75 multiplier vs cav when going from Nilla to TWC (or TAD?). So on Nilla skirms aren't countered by cav as hard, which means that Dutch is probably a colonial powerhouse.

As they shouldn’t be if devs had any respect for realism. Which I know has been discussed but if you are playing a historically themed game you should at least have some desire for realism. Has the topic of cav being way overpowered ever been discussed? How does a hussar tank over 20 shots sometimes . Kind of BS when you consider that this was an age when cav was basically used sparingly and was being phased out except for attacking supply lines unprotected artillery and raiding

By the way lancers were basically cheyenne riders in real life not anti inf mass slayers
