The idea is very simple.
create a tournament rank based on placements
RO64 or less(groups) (1 point)
RO32 (2 points)
RO16 (3 points)
RO8 (4 points)
RO4 (5 points) +1
RO2(finals) (6 points) +2

"small tournaments do not fall under the rule"

we can create from the first esoc tournament
a little some more of popularity and until the return of big names
