It's probably Iro over most matchups, but people who claim Iro hands down beats any civ no matter what are wrong. IRO tends to beat otto, but thats just because any given otto/iro player of the same PR the iro player will probably be better because most otto players suck. I think otto can hold their own, and so can French. fast vil are hard for iro to kill once their 4 cav is gone and they out gather iro so hard.I don't think its feasible for iro to go cav vs french but I am a noob so I'm sure Diarouga will promptly be here to argue that one (don't believe him you will never be able to actually succeed going cav as iro). I still vote iro, but its not as hands down as everyone says. And plus no one really knows how to play iro anymore

Otto and Iro are actually close in colonial, and a good French semi should beat a Iro rush I think. Iro semi ff beats everything however.

iro -> aztecs -> russia. Otto rush isn't exactly great. It's ok vs slow civs but vs most it's just a musk rush that hits 20 seconds faster than other euro civs. Actually india rush is also quite strong.

The jan rush is scary though.
