If we've passed the huge power spike where China sends old Han and basically doubles their army instantly I'd still rather be Russia on re.

It just depends on what we call "late game". Is it late game with a late game deck or a regular 1v1 sup deck? Cause russia with fast training cards is op in late game, but you don't necessarily have these in a 1v1 deck. Is it late game taking into account the middle game? Cause russia will scale faster than china in mid game with faster vil training. Or is it just full treaty? In that case I think china is stronger.
