Team cheap church is definitely the worst card in existence. The cards mentioned above are not even close to being that useless.

Especially since food cards can be good for Ports, Russia, Dutch or something. It's not utterly useless.

Aizamk once used it to win a game by tanking damage with them, so there are definitly worse cards out there.

Thats team cheap priests, an entirely different (and marginally more viable) card.

There's a card for ports which allows you to train Lamas at your livestock pen. I'd vote for that.

Without schooners, you would need 4 docks to make it viable. But that means you build 4 docks without making boats, so you really need like 7 docks.
With schooners, you would need like 30 docks, lol

Team houses at least does something.

I compare them by thinking how much of an advantage it would give if youd get the card for free at the start of the game. So far the worst one is either ranching, or team cheap church (or maybe theres another cheap card thats even more atrocious).

Something like 5 spies is actually somewhat decent.
