Unit info tab bug

Recently sometimes mid-game I will be locked on the unit information tab and cannot switch it back to the other one. Meaning I cannot see any unit creation pictures, age ups, or upgrades and I can only train new units using hotkeys. I have no idea what is causing this or if it's a common bug but it's super annoying.

Anyone know how to fix?
