russia, because even if you kill their units, they will remass in 1 minute and you still can't break their forward base(s)
germany, because they are always ahead in units, and even if you think you have won against them, they will have one unit shipment that will swing the battle right to their favour.
china, because how do you micro against their units lol
dutch(on EP), because they never run out resources
otto/iro, because how do you hold their rush on qs LOL
and last but not least japan, because opponent may play like shit but at the end of the day, he is japan and his eco and op units carry him to victory

sioux, 8speed hero and teleporting cav all over the map, indian age up bonus teepees that cost 50w and make them near impossible to rush
india, do i need to say anything really, stomps, urumi sepoy ceasefire, otto mh, can delete their army 100 times and still win
german, randomly have 40 more pop at 11mins than any other civ, big cav shipment swings after a fight where they get 2 shipments
