I would like to congratulate this fantastic player. Always innovating with your strategies and your style of game well paciente. While many said that micro was more important, he always stated that strategy is more important. They did not give him much credit because they claimed that he was a player who was never a champion. Now is the player with the title of champion of the largest tournament ever made.
I'm happy to be an admirer of your style of play.

He deserved it. He put in more practice / preparation than anyone else here (except maybe Tabben) and executed everything well in game. You talk about his strategies but it was his solid mechanics that made it work—so they definitely did matter!

Next time I won’t let him win so easily, however.

The post game cockiness wasn't ideal, but come on - he just won the biggest aoe3 Tourney in 10 years and was probably overjoyed, too. As stated before, he was well prepared and on top of his game. The only one I could see winning vs dia over those days was tabben

He got up early every morning and watched back recs and took the Lan incredibly seriously and was also incredibly inciteful to talk to during games for that reason. Meanwhile the other players took a different approach.

throw irrelevant condescending comments in a thread which people will look even in the future just to aim underestimate his success. At first it doesn't help you, then it doesn't help anyone. It is one of the greatest event after 10 years and It is defenitely ugly to throw unreasonable comments at it. Leave it here because I won't reply any.

Congratulations to Diarouga and to Lordraphael for staying until the finals

Has Diarouga really won though? Sure he has proven that he is the best aoe 3 player atm and a nice guy aswell, but he also lost the status of beeing the strongest aztec player. I am not sure if the trade-off is worth it.

To think that Tabben was ahead in the match point Chinese mirror against diarouga. So close to having a totally different outcome in the entire tournament.

It really felt like the Grand Finals tbh.
Like tabben really isn't #3 neither is Raphael #2. Sad, but that's how it is. Really good players though, might just be different on ESO random games or other map or without preparation like this,

1 am still bad once it goes above 12 am your late ,and Raphael slept at 6 am wtf? Explains alot he underperformed ,when u disturb your sleep pattern you it feels weird and have no energy waking early early is sooo much gooood...
