First of all, you can check my/hazza elo. We play it. We win with it. We just don't use it as main civs.

Secondly, your argument is dumb.
India is too underpowered. It's too weak. Sepoy should have 200hp. Oh, do you disagree? Then let's play bo9 where you play only india and hazza/diarouga plays all other civs? If you can't win any game, that means we should buff india to have 200hp sepoys? Right?
