I'm getting tired of somppu complaining 24/7 about germany being tier 0. There's too much talking and not enough playing. Since this scrub can't play germany himself though, we have to get someone else in here.

I'm betting 30 bucks that I'll win a bo9 vs a top player playing exclusively germany while I have to win with 5 different civs of my choice (germany excluded, obviously). If I win, somppu needs to give me 30 bucks, and if I lose, he gets mine. Meanwhile, there will be a prizepool for the match, crowdfunded, for the winner of the match (either me or somppu's champion).

The map pool will be made of mostly german friendly maps, but also one no tp map, since according to somppu germany is strong on no tp. I could include more no tp maps using that argument, but it would be too ez.

Yes, sure. There are just a few problems.
1. How do we define a top player? I'd totally have my money Rapha's germ for example. But probably not on Prince's.
2. Why do you think any top player is going to play a grudge without any financial incentive?

If that player wins he gets the bucks you get the ego, if he loses you give money to kaiser, okay? Well ofc kaiser can bribe him 15$ to share but since winning will give him 30$ that should be good enough incentive. Okay?

You can pick the top player yourself. It's your champion.
If you want a financial incentive for your champ, you can share my 30 bucks with the champ if you win. Or maybe we're lucky and some people are willing to donate him a bit of money

Tbh kaiser, mitoe and rapha are the only guys who play Germany at full potential, but it can't be Mitoe because he's too unconsistent and he would suffer from kaiser's mind games so the only relevant opponent would be rapha, but he probably won't play this.

Well you can always claim that the chance of event being clean is less and hence decline, or you can maybe like split 20$ to player 10 to you or something! or something like both give the player 10$ and winner gets 20 $?

Tabben doesn't play Germans much and I think he misplayed them hard with his doppel-style in LAN.

Because raphael doesn't think germany is op, so why would he bet money on that? He can play it vs me, sure, but I don't see why he should bet his own money.

It's not a matter of balls, he just doesn't have a champion.
To master a civ, you have to spend a lot of time playing that civ, and you're never going to admit that the civ you play is op after you've done that. Thus, it is impossible to find a top ger player who claims that Germany is op.
