I don't know where to post this or i am just too lazzy to search, but i want buy an brand new account (on steam) so i am wondering if i can buy it and start playing eso without reinstall the game again.(by the way my game is cracked-pirate)

i have made a homecity on eso, now how do i find that homecity on my files to edit the level and make decks? i couldn't find it on savegame folder
