Honestly otto wouldn't even be able to afford a 400 res unit most of the times

Spahis trained will add even more to the otto cheesyness which is something you dont want. An infinite spahi shipment would be cool though. The only time you see them is the 5 spahi in age 3 sometimes and even then its quite rare. 20%rr would be good and an infinite 4 spahi in age 4 for 1000f (yes 5 is for 1000f and its a fortress shipment , however its an infinite shipment as well as being guard spahi)

Otto definitely needs some good hand cav in late game that its lacking given the poor state of Otto huss. Plus it would be a little bit fun to play late game with Otto bcz it is really bad right now ( no goons, not good eco, slow inf compositions that take ages in team games to move around the map)

Otto huss is one of the best?

Just okayish I would say. The reason behind that it doesn't have colonial cards to boost which are most crucial in long colonial battle and team game. Second, even when they do get RG and CC , they are inferior to French and Spanish huss, not to mention Brit with King's Royal Guard.

Otto huss is royal guard too and late game is average or above average. There's a reason you play otto.

RG Huss comes at age IV by that point many civs have stronger huss to complete. Second, RG is more of a liability than an asset in early age IV bcz it is too expensive as compared to the boost it gives.

As said, most of times you're simply not sending the colonial shipments, especially because they don't fit the deck vs otto. In midgame Otto have cav combat and they usually spare more shipments than rest of euro civs.

Maybe.
But:
Otto units are nerfed, map are unsuitable for them on EP, also a general forcible shift towards NR8.
And in compensation, they got mosque buffs which are not even that impactful without 3TC greedy build. And silk road which doesn't used in serious games.
I have just this question, aren't we making game boring to play for general population? They need some spark in late game as early game is nerfed a lot.

Otto units are nerfed, ok let's address that then.
Maps are not really an argument since Otto balance isn't really based on RE maps. In fact they overperform on those maps.
Mosque buff is exactly to address the meta shift. It's clear that we're giving otto more long term options with the mosque buffs. EP mosque is actually pretty damn good.
Overall Otto lategame isn't bad. I personally don't like it but strictly from a balance POV having strong musk unit (jans) + mobile artillery (abus) and other complementary units from shipments is fine. Also you can use CA instead which are also a good unit (and otto has the unique multiplier vs vills exactly to sparkle for lategame) and obviously can mix in huss just to complete your combo if you need it.

Also 20 jans every time free vill pops up from TC (Age 1 included)

IMHO otto also need explorer that autobuilds tps, then the civ will be complete
