I love the idea of a weekend event with players competing in multiple matches each day. I wonder if there is a "3 day" weekend coming soon on which we could start the event on Friday evening and have the final's Monday night. Just have to cap the participant level so that it can all fit.

I wont give up the idea so easily. A nice tidy weekend long event that starts and finishes within a couple days sounds too fun to not put some energy into figuring out.
