Well with kaiser represnting the french community its just showing the amount of women french males get.

Boy, that is easy....
French boys simply bring enough income home (25% more than the others!) to afford that their wives don't need to work themselves. The females villagers are simply at home (what did you think are the buildings called "houses"?), cooking dinner for their CDB husbands and raising the children. They are not filthy working class, but proper French bourgeoisie!


edit: with Settler Wagons, the Germans also have their share of people working with proper efficiency, even outclassing the French dudes. And what do we see here? Again no female Settler Wagons, because they can afford a whole harem in their Palatine Settlement houses with twice the pop space!

The budget simply wasn't there for female art and voice actors so the developers decided to stick to male CDBs

Female voice acting is in the game anyway though, it's used for rescued villagers.

Well cause they are all gays, that is why some guys only play with France, not my case, i just like the civ :)

female villagers also take longer to train because they need to make a dinner before leaving the tc
