@Scroogie Ah, I see where the issue is. We just need to update the bracket backend to have the correct round names, that's all. What you see currently listed as "RO256" is actually a RO128.

- are Kaiserklein and Hazza playing in the Winter tournament?
- if yes, why aren't they listed in the pro qualifiers?
- if no, why not?

Yes, they are. They are pre-seeded into the Round of 16 so that's why you don't see them playing a qualifiers match.
