No Shipments

If there were to be a mode created where - it was purely macro vs macro, micro vs micro, no shipments and, for fairness sake without thinking of balancing let’s say a mirror - where it comes down to pure macro to create units and buildings, and buy units, and micro - to make the most of your units that won’t be reinforced by a shipment. Would our current “top” supremacy players be the “top” in this mode? I personally like the shipment system in aoe3 but I can understand the dislike from the aoe2 community. I know there is a mode that Inter created called Shipments, right? I suppose this is the opposite. Am I late, has this been done already? Just a thought.

It would be very similar to the old meta were people played age 2, and yes the top players would still be the best by far. The only difference is that the team players would probably perform better.

It would be a cool extension to the game if they had already worked out balancing for this kind of mode. there would be sup, treaty, dm, and then ___
