I don't think this would be fun or worthwhile for me, unfortunately.

If Canada + US could play, it might be ok, but really we wouldn't have much of a chance of winning unless Mankle came back. If it's just Canada by itself and US by itself it's probably pretty hopeless.

I liked the EPL format more.

Not really. I mean for Canada it's just me + some captains/majors (I'm not sure Canada even has 3 other people Captain+?). We don't really have any chance.

I wouldn't mind watching UK/France/Germany vs each other, but honestly every other country is probably a waste of time and resources. I would rather just see another EPL or tournament instead.

Edit: I guess King Ownage exists, even still though.

Who cares about representing your country. This isn't soccer or basketball, its aoe3 lol. 99.9999% of people in your country dont even know who you are.

Nah even in Britain that would mean only knowing roughly 60 people, in USA 300 people etc.

There are 35 countries with less than 100,000 pop meaning one would have to not know anyone there, and there are 40 more countries in which one would be permitted to know only one person.
