Me thinks that you don't know what a content specialist does. Those aren't the guys who design the game, let it be the singleplayer campaign or directors, they handle the community and decide how to present the game to the outside, vods, streams, .interact with the fanbase, etc.
Like what MrMilo did for aoe3, just with more things to do now because the internet and social media developed greatly since then.

I have heard Age of Empires V will take place in the Caribbean and will be about pirates so that's why @Interjection decided to join a Somalian pirate group to gather some first-hand experience and make the game historically accurate.

Mrmilo..... bah,I have been playing this shit since age 1, and when the ''community'' started with this idea of having players merge with the creators it wall went to shit. I remember when people shilled Hope to join ES, and he did. Next game I beated him with the things he was supposed to balance on hispaniola. Mrmilo is just a noob cry baby.
