Re: Most interesting/favorite civ matchups in your opinion
It works = it's viable. But it's not. This strat doesn't work against someone decentRohbrot wrote:Never used the word viable
this strat works doesnt mean its a strat which win u auto a game but none strat does win u a game anyways without mastering the strat.
So you're saying you want me not to give my opinion on something just because I'm disagreeing with you?Rohbrot wrote:@Kaiserklein , my purpose isnt to disagree with you always but i just want to share my opions about spain games/Mu's when players asking about, u do share ur opions also like me now and i would appreciate it if u wouldnt always share ur opion when one player asked
"Me" about fi and not you. Its like i would answer someones question where he asked you. It isnt like players who ask questions are playing perfect anyways, none of us does. My purpose is just to give my view of playing aoe3 to asking ppl nothing else.
If you want to discuss privately you can send PMs. The whole point of these forums is that anyone can post, so if I feel like sharing my "opinion" (more like basic facts in this case but whatever), I will. Especially if I feel like you're misleading players (I know that wasn't your intention, but that's how it looked) by telling them some strategies work when they in fact really don't.

Irrelevant like I explainedRohbrot wrote:With "since he shouldnt fuck up" its clear that one player would 2 times out of 10 games fuck up in falc war, at the pr lvl 25-30.
So you think I can't see the difference between what worked because my opponent sucked, and what worked because it's viable? Also I played tons of (tourney) games against the best players out here anyway so what's your point hahaRohbrot wrote:'unless ur opponent is worse" u play always vs lower pr or lower elo so we shouldnt listen to what you are writting, good to know.

Nobody is better than you since months, thats my point and i cant talk about past years cuz i played between a 5 month period where the ep had made changes to spain which made their revolt/fi more viable or how should i have been colonel when i stopped to play? Not saying u can win vs better players mostly with such strats but we know an unknown or uncommon strat can win it you sometimes.Kaiserklein wrote:Irrelevant like I explainedRohbrot wrote:With "since he shouldnt fuck up" its clear that one player would 2 times out of 10 games fuck up in falc war, at the pr lvl 25-30.

"this strat doesnt work against a decent player"
U cant know how many of those decent players lost to such strats.

"or how it got out of hand" ^^
Re: Most interesting/favorite civ matchups in your opinion
I answered here to 1st lt level and we know how dumb Re players are(all esoc members are clever, meant the really dumb ones) on re its harder without spanish gold but we are talking about mirror anyways, where its easier to defend with 3k walls and tp radius.Rohbrot wrote:"this strat doesnt work against a decent player"

Nothing important since it doesnt includes attacking words/insults.

Well you could have just said you're talking about a fun strat, and not argue that it works, and we would have agreedRohbrot wrote:Standart esoc threadchronique wrote:"or how it got out of hand" ^^

Well we dont have to agree and i do not need a confirmation that this strat works or not, since i played this civ for 6 months non-stop, thats why i am sure that this strat did work before some months, when i was still playing. (Dunno hows now but back there it would have won me some games vs different ppl)
