I love the good atmosphere on legacy
Re: I love the good atmosphere on legacy
That is how i remember aoe3 lobbies/chatrooms as far back as i can remember. Nostalgic.
Re: I love the good atmosphere on legacy
the big problem is that one guy share cheat and fake account with people since 5 or 6 month, in this picture, except 2 names, all the other quoted come from the same guyGarja wrote:Look, legacy is doing great without EP anticheat

Re: I love the good atmosphere on legacy
Note there is a cheater who trolls other players names, by creating fake look alike accounts to discredit their names. For instance Le_civilitaseur is a real player, but the cheating account is le_c1vilisateur.... they have done it with my name too.... HowiingWolfPAw and peacefulmonk. And likely others...
This person can apparently make as many accounts as they want and have the game totally hacked.
So far in playing though, from avoiding this one person, I have not had anyone cheat (explicitly) in a game.

also this is really suspect because so many players started at the same time to create these threads/ game lobbies all together within 24 minutes. holding for over 4 hours...

Agreed, the nostalgia is gone, and it’s made me realize that aoe3 overall, whether it be de or re, is just not a great game.InsectPoison wrote:idk if its just me but DE doesn't give me the homely feel that legacy did. Sounds weird i know but iykyk

Even if aoe is a great game to you, that doesnt mean its going to be fun forever and ever. It makes sense to me that you eventually move on, especially considering how unpolished the aoe3 experience tends to be.

Yeah, same. I went from tuning in to all high level games, to just watching finals of tournaments, and now not even those.gibson wrote:Agreed, the nostalgia is gone, and it’s made me realize that aoe3 overall, whether it be de or re, is just not a great game.InsectPoison wrote:idk if its just me but DE doesn't give me the homely feel that legacy did. Another big factor is also the community. I started playing a couple more games and there is a night and day difference.

I'm disappointed in the quality of the observer UI of DE. It's really not excusable that it's in such a bad shape.Jaeger wrote:Yeah, same.
