Add me to that never ending list of players on your level who you have kicked for no reason. From unrated games i might add.
On a more serious note, the only way to avoid cheaters is to play everyone and just pest people who showed up with monstertrucks and laser bears. I guess the same for smurf accounts...if somebody with PR25 bashes you in 8 minutes you might want to avoid that player from that point on.

Just play quick search and you find a game, come on... I would have understood this problem if you were pr 35 because there are only like 100 players above pr 30, but you are not...
