I remember a long time ago, there was a game loader which you can use with aoe. is this still around and working?

That is the old fanpatch, but no one plays that anymore. There''s a new fanpatch coming out very soon' you should play that.

Dutch start with no vills
Banks removed from the game
Envoys are free and train instantly
Envoys have 2k hp
Envoys have 500 attack, no siege

Dutch explorer 1 speed age I, 2 speed II etc
Dutch explorer attack nerfed to 10 in age I, 20 in II, 40 in III etc
