my apm is not to low but one of the most ineffective.
When my finger are very cold due to the room's temperature and as a result I can't use the mouse I get so mad that I slam them on my desk. When my mouse doesnt respond to the orders that i give I get so mad that I throw it towards the wall

Imo is not necessary to improve your APM. For example playing games in fast mode. I think your APM has to be based on the demand of the game. but in some situations you can accumulate tasks and you will need considerable mouse speed. I've test aimbooster to improve it. But i just found these programs in a guide: aim400kg, osu!...

Much like working out, your APM gets better when you are pushing yourself to be better. Not when you are just chilling out and having a great time :).
