Treaty Fanpatch: First Release

Hello guys,

I've added a fix in for the Exalted Meteor Hammer upgrade (correctly gives 50% damage increase now), along with the French card prerequisite fix and some description fixes (thanks _NiceKING_). 1 Infinite Flying Crow is now 250c as it should be as well. The original post has been updated, but the link is also below for those of you who want to quickly jump to the download.

A few things i noticed that i think should be changed:
Team 2 warrior priests are not removed for Aztecs.
Russian Unicorn mortars say in discription that it also decrease train rate altho that no longer is the case.
Russian Tsar cannon shipment are still purpel and looks like a infinite shipment, altho it can only be sent once.

Are you aware of Imperial Meteor Hammer improvement bug as well as "0.8" multipliers actually being 0.75 now?

No, could you please elaborate further? If there's specific things to address, I'll roll them into some changes and release a second version later on this week.

I wasn't able to explain the former in time, but for the latter, I am referring to that in general, multipliers that read "0.8" in game are actually 0.75 (iirc without exception). You seemed unaware of this, at least given previous patch notes, but whoever is actually editing the files should have noticed by now. I just thought I'd mention it.

Spain TEAM card Archaic Soldier Training (early period foot archer and pikman train faster) also needs to be removed. It's op for China. Britt and Sioux also slightly benefits from it.

EDIT: Also according to your Changes Notes:
Gribeauval System card now increases artillery speed by 5% and increases Horse Artillery/Culverin dmg by 10% (from +25% dmg to Culverins, Mortars, Horse Artillery, and Falconets)
But in game the card only increase speed by 5% (wich also is what the card say in game).
So did you forget to make those changes to the card, or did you forget to uppdate that in the patch changes list?

Light infantry is infantry that acts as hand cavalry (CoyoteRunner, RattanShield, Disciple). So, the card does affect light infantry as it is supposed to.

Strelets are Ranged Infantry, but not Light Infantry afaik

True for TAD and TWC. However, on (Va)Nilla strelets and skirmishers are light infantry.

It does not increase Horse Artillery/Culverin dmg by 10%. Should be fixed?

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll work all of this in for the next round of changes that I can get around to. I got busy yesterday, so I didn't have time to respond (plus the weather is finally decent in Michigan, so I'm doing some trail riding on my bicycle at night right now). China German Expeditionary Army from consulate say in discription that it delivers two heavy cannons, even tho it now give two horse artillery instead.

China Temple of Heaven still say in discription that it will deliver settlers when using it to age to age 4 and 5.

China Standard Army still say in discription that it delivers 2 Steppe Riders and 3 Cho Ko Nu.

25 Infinite Rattan Shields card still say in Headline in discription that it delivers 30.

Leave 2 Steppe Riders and 3 Cho Ko Nu combo. Just replace Imperial Army with 3 Cho Ko Nu and 2 Keshik combo.
