if you look up a guide or a build order you can decide for yourself which is the easiest to play, france huss semi seems nice or germans uhlan semi.

Nothing gets easier than playing otto lame. Settler train by themselves so you wont forget to train settlers! Jans are OP! To be honest everything about otto is OP. Gets you to pr 20 guranteed

yeah otto laming will make you feel good, but it will hurt you in the long run, you won't learn half the stuff you need to use any other civ. If you decide to switch from otto to anything else you will suck, hate it and switch back to otto. So by starting with otto you are kinda just shooting yourself in the foot and hindering yourself as a player. Pick any normal civ and you will learn the basics and it won't be hard switching from one to another.
