Do you have this problem when playing single player also (not on ESO or GR, just alone against the computer)? This game behaves very weird with lag: melee units don't attack, shift-click doesn't work, attack move doesn't work.

I have this problem with all vills of all civs since I play online. However it doesn't happen every single time

Btw - does this happen to some of you: once a villager finished to build a dock, he still hits it with a hammer forever

sometimes indeed, also vills tend to be stuck at walls occasionally, like still building an already finished pillar
