How the game evolved throughout the years and is still evolving

Post by Lunatic_Fringe »

A friend and I were playing earlier on and we were talking about the game and some strategies. Then he told me that it is amazing how this 'old' (not so old) game is still evolving and that after playing this game for years, he is still learning strategies and seeing new strategies being played by different people. I think we should all tip our hat to all the AOE 3 players who still hang around.I would like to thank everyone (ESO community, Insight members and others) who keep on hosting different tournaments, streams and keep the game updated with new patches, maps, and amazing stuff.

Most games die after a certain time, but AOE 3, is really one of a kind!

Cheers,
Lune

Aoe3 does a better job of not dying than my 103 yr. old aunt and that's saying something man she's still kickin it old school style.

But the civs aren't super balanced :P

I have been on this game for coming up to 11 years now and still can't get enough. Testament indeed.
