It is possible that there's an elusive bug in the submission tool as well, had a couple people here and there end up with backwards results.

I think it might be that it's slightly unclear whose slot is whose when entering the results. Because i didn't win I did "0-2" which resulted in it submitting "2-0" for me. However, now i think it's related to whose name is on top(?).

The slots don't matter. There's another dropdown for selecting the winner. If you didn't notice it, that's probably what went wrong.
