An Interesting Russian Colonial Pressuring Against Ottomans FF

I'm actually not confident at dealing with Ottomans' FF, usually hard to pressure(if well built and defensed), unable to stop it's aging up, and hard to defend when Ottomans' age3 troops fully developed. But this one is interesting, Russian player was able to conduct effective pressuring and reinforcements arrived just in time to deal with 2 falconets and then the battle finished quickly.

Yeah russia should probably not be able to deal with jans + falc in colonial if falcs are well covered. Kind of need to age up to get falcs yourself but you're much slower than otto so it's not easy

Yeah, it's pretty tough in this case. Actually the most serious issue is that Russian players cannot be 100% sure about whether if Ottos are FF or not, Ottos can FF with any visible actions including mining, lumbering, etc. And if it comes with a 700g in the very beginning of colonial, doesn't mean it is 100% FFing, it might be a jans+abus anti-rush build or something like that. If we can determine that Ottos are going to FF, we can predominate by setting up for aging up to fort soon, but according to the multi-possibilities of Ottos, we cannot.
Unable to determine the situation (Ottos ff or not), together with inflexibility of Russia, both make the things worse.
