Noob fights - need advices pls

I am not a great player by any means, but here's some feedback on the game you lost:

Malaysia

• [0:35] make sure to herd animals toward your TC by walking past and then shooting them, then they run towards your TC. Saves your vils walking time and makes it harder to raid you
• first shipment should be 2 SW (which seems to be missing from your deck), not infinite 1 SW
• [2:40] you can see here your explorer walked right by EarningPuma's TC -- the map revealed a square area of blackmap the size of a TC, but not the TC itself, because the game is weird, but recognizing stuff like that can make scouting easier
• [3:20] TC was idle briefly between two vils, really no reason to have that in age I
• [3:40] TC idle before aging when you could afford to age. Don't want to slow down your age-up
• [3:50] after queuing age make sure to re-task vils right away, ended up over-gathering 185 food after queuing your age.
• [3:50] as germany you'll definitely want a TP during transition if you didn't get one at beginning of game. Probably should have picked up the 80 wood/2 tiger treasure (great treasure) when you found that (surely you had crackshot at that point) and then went straight to the second TP slot that you had already scouted earlier
• not a german expert, so not 100% sure in the MU, but i feel like you should ship 3 SW as first shipment in age II. Essentially 6vil+2uhlan is a great card, and Uhlans can harass Otto vils, which is really problematic for otto to deal with
• [6:25] TC idle again, but have enough food for vils, like 0:30 sec
• [7:19] still shipping military units despite no military pressure yet, and we'd really like to get the 3 SW shipment. TC also idle again because you're housed
• [7:30] market finally going up, probably is something you want during transition to age II
• probably could be raiding more w/ your Uhlans, especially vs. ottos who train vils slowly and struggle with getting a strong eco
• [9:30] missing full batches of units out of your barracks while banking 500f, because of bad villager allocation
• probably no reason to do log flume with only 6 vils on wood?
• [10:00] TC idle again, for like a full minute
• [10:30] 1200 food, 184 wood, no coin. poor villager allocation that results in banked resources you can't spend
• [11:00] 5 pikeman not enough to deal with the number of hussars in this battle. Scouting/raiding more with your uhlans earlier would have revealed how many huss were on the board and informed training more pikes
• [11:30] MMs come out *after* the fight, a lot more useful when they can bolster an existing army
• [12:45] 3 SW *finally* shipped, but here you really kinda need a military shipment, which you already sent and lost

In general it seems like:

• idle TC & idle villagers
• lack of scouting leading to wrong army composition
• no raiding despite having idle uhlans
• villager allocation leading to banked resources you can't spend
• some moments of being unnecessarily housed (i.e., had wood to build a house but didn't anticipate soon enough)
• basically, you can't play germany without a TP
