Can anyone update the Brackets?

The brackets are automatically updated with the upload of recorded games, it's up to players themselves to do that.

i think most people uploaded the recs in results wrongly (I also did that) but with the proper upload system it works.

Should I resubmit the results using the thing you posted? I think you posted the automatic thing after I posted the recordings

Yes. Eventually all results will be updated manually, but if you resubmit using the tool you spare me some work :)
