possible to connect ESO ladder names to forum accounts?

When I click on someone's name in the forums it would be nice to also be able to immediately see their ESO account and list of wins/losses. And vice versa, when I click on a name on the elo ladder it would be nice to be taken to their forum account. Is this possible?

If you click on the name next to "ESO:" you will go straight to their ladder page.

Forum members have to set their ESO account manually in their profile settings.
