Advertising campaign

There a lot of people out there who enjoy playing age of empires but probably don't know about this place. We should create some banner ads and launch an advertising campaign across the internet to attract new users.

I think itd be better to advertise people on gameranger and those other sites to come join the eso community, eso would once again be alive and well if the entire active aoe3 community would use eso instead of those other sites.

Advertising the site is always great and the best place to do it is probably ESO (word of mouth is our best bet). I would stress that advertising AoE3 itself is also a great idea. Talk about the game on reddit (/r/gaming and subs like that), get people hyped. The game's addicting and will do the rest

When I play with someone who seems to be nice I tell them to check out eso-community.net. I think if everyone did that a lot of people would find out about this place in no time. . .

I think the best way to advertise it on ESO is to a game called ??eso-community.net" or something like that by a high ranked player so that everyone can see it right away. It would be nice to leave it for a while, so it could be created by pros who are AFK or are able to for example browde the Internet and have a game hosted on ESO at the same time

Just to encourage people who don't know the site yet to visit this helpful site. Not only do we discuss strategies and MUs, but we offer technical help etc. as well. Think about ESO issues recently, you can exchange information here and make sure that those problems do not occur only to you.
