You should buy it its not free. And its outdated, it was written in 2006 so its not worth it.

Mokon used to give it by email to whoever asks. Since it''s outdated, I thought you could get it from free now.
I don''t care it''s outdated, there is always few things to learn even from old guides.
If somebody has it and is willing to share it, that would be very kind.

I gave it a look, and I would say this is a nice and very detailed guide by goodspeed. I think this guide will help a lot of players to improve their skill, really awesome job because it is necessary to spend very much time to make a guide like this. Nicely done gs

I wanna see guide of this quality from recent players...or maybe a guide by ESOCommunity where all pro players put their thoughts & make into one ,best player for each civ writes their guide in same format for all civs ,a person handling presentation ,1 checking all sentences for grammar etc.
