How much shrines you have to rebuild to compare with twice shipments of 7 vills that you get 50% faster? This means you receive 14 vills while you send only 600w for 8 shrines (sometimes to build military bases and mrket upgrades that affect only vills not shrines) which have value of ~ 4,2 to 6 unupgraded vills considering that all 8 shrines have 4 animals around each of it.
