Tip: hit and run

soldiers walk 6 steps in 3 seconds, a shot takes 3 seconds as long as 6 steps.

He is saying that you can count 6 steps instead of counting 3 seconds, because counting 3 seconds is presumably harder than counting 6 steps.

Idk it's just a kind of rythm when you hit and run, which I think you get quite quickly through experience

i count this, and i can count from 0 to 6 in my mouth for 3s , and i no need to look at steps
