Civ Tierlist?

Does someone have an idea how a Tierlist for EP should look like? I would put it like this:

S-Tier: British, Sioux
A-Tier: India, China, Dutch
B-Tier: France, Germans, Ports, Spanish, Aztecs
C-TIer: Japan, Iroquois, Ottoman, Russia

Overall they are all pretty close i think, since EP-balance is pretty good.

Huh, I disagree with the results I guess. EP is pretty balanced, but the results show that too.
