How to not lose hussar?
See title. I'm talking specifically about 3v3 team games, but this happens in 1v1 too
Whenever I split a group of 2 huss to go raid, they rarely get anything done, and usually I just waste 400 res since it's so easy to lose them. It seems like whenever I try to macro my raiding huss group just disappears -_-

Re: How to not lose hussar?
I guess there are two solutions.
1) Practice hussar raids
2) Don't raid with 2 huss.

Raid with three huss it makes way more sense, plus you need to watch them as you raid, as if you get caught and aren't watching they're going to die obviously.

Thanks for replies.
Why is 3 huss better than 2? Also, it's really hard to watch my huss while I'm macroing :/

Re: How to not lose hussar?
if the problem is that you don't watch them, fix it and watch them. There is no way you don't lose the huss if you don't watch them while raiding...

Wrong.
Going to raid with 2 hus is great. But as more cav groups you got as more you have to pay attention. You gotta switch between the groups while keep looking at the mini map to dont get catched.

People dont know how to save huss they just send under tc and suicide for idle time. You can just afk them on their next mine or hunt and keep an eye on the minimap for either vills or potential enemy units then u can raid faster/ escape on time

use heavy infantry to raid instead and keep 1 hussar across the map, then you can control group them together and run them away so the heavy infantry run at max speed to join the hussar

The more confortable you are with your build, the faster you're going to macro and the mor spare time you'll have to babysit your hussar. First work on getting the macro sharp then worry about spending spare APM on raids
When you do get to it though gotta use that minimap all the time

You right, raiding early game and lose cavs to not kill even 1 villager cause the opponent has nice buildings placements and nice herd is just crap, that is how german players waste they free uhlans sometimes.

Watch some h2o games on youtube, i dont know why is that ok for him but sometimes in raid or big fight he just leave alot idle vills and dont remacro his vills just to keep eyes on the army for entire fight and when he has advantage he goes back to macro, same thing happens in discovery age when he is "microing" a good treasure.
