Hi guys, this is my first thread.
So recently, I played vs a Portuguese that used AT (advanced tradingpost) in age 1 and build a lot of TP during transition to age 2. I used France, my build orders based on GS's guide. He built around 3-4 TP then made hussars to raid me. He sent AT in age 1 and then creates in age 2. I made hussars as well. Even though I caught all of his and tried to raid him back but he somehow still managed to age up to age 3. And those TP with 3750HP and 25 range attack made it really hard for me to break them. His eco really fly thanks to those TPs. He made a lot of Cass+Goon and I lost the game after all.
However, I think I should have made pike insted of hussars in age 2??
By the way, I want to know if India with defensive Agra can handle these kind of situations? Or Spain with their pike shipement in age 2 to break through these TP?
Please answer me, thank you !

I don't think India should ever be going defensive Agra vs Ports.
