You have to survive Jap's critical age 2 mass while aging and defend your forward raxes and wait for the card to arrive and without losing many xbows. Most good jap players won't let that happen, and the card is probably not viable outside of a 2 rax bow pike spam (in base bow pike and waiting for card sounds too slow for not enough payoff). If you've damaged jap enough with your rush that they can't push and kill the FB, then you've likely already won, and something like waiting 30 seconds to invest those resources into age 3 units and shipping falcs is much safer. All convert cards are very risky, since they kind of rely on either 1) opponent being bad or 2) you've already won.

I think that card is underrated!! If you have 15 xbows that card is already better than the 8 skirm shipment!!

Ehm, how did you calculate that? I don't think 15 skirms > 15xbows + 8 skirms.
I've tried it as part of a defensive semi but I think if you want to get enough value out of the card you have to stop making musks and leave yourself vulnerable to cav for far too long.

Xbows become kinda useless when you reach fortress, u put the 8 skirms in the same control group as the xbows and the bows wont get as many shots in and will just die!!
But there is the issue being vulnerable to cav which is a problem!!
