Walling resources?

It's probably less viable since the wall nerf but is it ever worth it to wall distant resources? It would require a small wood investment but it could potentially insulate you from annoying mid-game 5 civ raids.

It depends how many walls / layers does it take to really stop 5 civ raids.

In middle game when you reach a 40-50 vill eco it is for sure (that's what people do in team games btw).
In 1v1 it isn't unless you have a better eco AND the range advantage.
