Check the rec section, this MU was played a lot in the past.
FF doesn't work in that MU. Rushing is ok, but imo, the best build is the 700w/600w/10/9maces stagecoach timing. It's very hard for India to hold that timing, and even if they manage to do that, you still have a very good eco.

How many warrior priests do we need?? Should we send the 3 wp shipment after the build??

Ye, send the 3wp after your timing. Usually after the 9 maces, I either send 6 pikes if I feel it can end the game, else I go 3wp/5v and start training wp for the late colonial.

It happened many times that Aztec break the Agra quite easily, and then lose the game. Stagecoach boom is ok but it only works on certain maps.
I'm not sure if the 10 WP boom works in this MU.

10wp boom doesn't work too well, no.
On no TP maps, you can try to all in (700w/10/9/6pikes) and kill the Agra. You can also try the 3wp/700w/10maces/9maces timing. It's slightly faster than the stagecoach timing, but you have less eco and follow up.
