Is it viable to win a OTTO rush as British? Explain..

From what i have seen in AOE 3, it is tough to not die to an otto rush of janz + obus.
If you think there is a way to boom behind the otoman rush and beat it, please explain me how would you do it.

Jan rushes, contrary to popular belief, are not a viable strat. Simply build a wall, ship 6 lb, and produce more lb from 2 raxes. After holding the initial push, build a stable and mix in hussar for raiding (or if he makes abus).

Jan rush is something I wouldnt be that worried about as brits tbh.

Ship 6, build more from rax, pop mm and fight behind walls when/where possible

Ottoman is a LOT scarier when they FF imo.
